The fiber formula includes all five fiber types. Just the right amount of senna is included to give definite cleansing benefits. The capsule dosage form is preferred by many consumers for its convenience. Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Psyllium seed husks, 2.5 grams per dose; Senna extract providing 12 mg sennosides per dose. Other Ingredients: Acacia gum, barley bran, dandelion root, fruit pectin, ginger root, oat bran, red clover tops. Dosage: Usual Adult Dosage: 5 capsules, one to three times a day. Children (6-12): Half adult dose. Directions: Start by taking 1 dose each day. Gradually increase to 3 doses per day as needed. Swallow one capsule at a time. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See warnings. Drinking additional liquid is helpful. If minor gas or bloating occurs, reduce the amount you take until your system adjusts. For relief of occasional irregularity; results generally within 6 to 12 hours. Warning: Do not use this product when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present.
