This product IS yeast free, but is NOT lactose, corn, gluten or wheat free. The shelf life is 15 months.
Instructions:
REQUIREMENTS: 2 Tbsp oil, 1 egg, 1 1/2 cups water. BATTER DIRECTIONS: Combine egg, oil water and 2 cups of mix in a bowl. Stir with a wire whisk unitl lumps disappear. FRYING DIRECTIONS: Dip food in water, drain off excess water. Coat with some of the dry mix, then dip in batter. Fry until golden brown. BAKING DIRECTIONS: Dip food in water, drain off excess water. Coat with some of the dry mix, then dip in batter. Line pan with aluminum foil. Grease foil with butter or cooking oil. Bake at 400 degrees F until food is cooked.
