Each tablet contains: 300 Dimethylglycine HCl, 5 mg Maitake (Grifola frondosa) MTG 404 extract, 29 mg Maitake mushroom (Grifola frondosa) powder, 227 mg Larix occidentalis (Larch tree) yielding Arabinogalactan polysaccharides 222.5 mg, 100 mg Beta 1,3 Glucan (from baker's yeast cell walls).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet, 3 times daily.
