As a dietary supplement the following is recommended
Age: Maintenance Active
Under 2 yrs. 3-5 drops 5 drops twice daily
2-5 yrs. 5 drops daily 0.5 ml, twice daily
5-12 yrs. 0.5 ml daily 1.0 ml, twice daily
12 yrs. - Adult 1.0 ml daily 1.0 ml, 2-4 times daily
300 mg of DMG per ml
1 drop = 15 mg of DMG
