When completing your order, you may select your preferred shipping method. Any orders not using FEDEX Ground will be charged the full amount of shipping regardless of order amount.

 

Don't be fooled by other web site's charges for shipping! Some charge for weight of package.  We only charge $4.95 via Fedex ground and $6.95 for 2 day Priority Mail for orders under $120 all other orders over $120 receive free shipping (Continental U.S. Only).  (some products do not apply.)

 

If you live in the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes:
Orders are shipped via Fedex, or USPS priority.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. To calculate how long it will take for your order to arrive, check out our
Transit Chart (We Guarantee you will receive your order but not the time frame in which you could receive it)
You will receive a FedEx Tracking Number the evening your order is shipped.
All orders under $120 are charged $4.95 for Fedex Ground,  or $6.95 USPS priority shipping.
Orders average 3-10 days from date of order

 

Do packages ship out on Saturday or Sunday?
No.  Fedex, only picks up packages on weekdays.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.  Orders placed after the cutoff on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

How do I estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day Fedex, UPS delivery days?

Next day is delivered on the next business day after the order has shipped
2 Day is 2 business days after the order has shipped.
3 Day is 3 business days after the order has shipped.
Note:  Weekends and holidays do not count as Fedex, UPS shipping/business days.

 Here are a couple of delivery time examples:

A 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
A 3 day package shipped on Monday would be delivered on Thursday.
A 3 day package shipped on Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.
Fedex  business days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next Fedex working day

What about Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.  US mail to the various military addresses takes anywhere from one to five weeks for delivery.  Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.  If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.

Can I track my order online
Yes. You will be sent a tracking number in email and can track it with Fedex, or USPS.

Is there a cut off time for air orders to ship the same day.
Yes, generally air orders placed after 3:00 pm central time are shipped the following business day. 

International orders?
  All international orders will be emailed a quote for shipping price note: All International orders will only be shipped via (EMS by USPS) if the country you live in is able to receive mail from the U.S.  Supplement Discount is not responsible for any taxes, tariffs, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. Please contact you customs officials if you have any questions. Any package returned because of customs, product illegality in a specific country, etc., shipping charges will not be refunded.

Are there any products restricted from being shipped?

Yes. All drinks that are ready made in glass are for local delivery in Southeast Wisconsin Only products such as Twinlab Ultra fuel 16oz glass bottles .  We will indicate  which products we do not ship or will contact you by email or phone before your order is processed.  All Ready to Drink products have extra shipping added determined by the weight of the order and your location.  You will be emailed or contacted by phone of extra charge and total order amount before shipment.

Return Information

How do you  protect against credit card fraud?  Do you have very strict guidelines concerning credit card usage over the internet?
YES.   .  All first time orders and any order sent to an address that has an apartment number will require a signature. Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address is correct.  If the name and address you enter does not match the name and address that the credit card company has for that credit card account, the order will be canceled.  If your billing address is a P.O. box then we can ship your order to your home address or your work address but we will require a signature when the package is delivered.  Also, any order that has an invalid email address will not be shipped.  Please make sure you enter a valid email address.
*We check extensively for stolen and fraudulently used credit cards.
 

When Using a Credit Card Please Make Sure:
*Your Credit Card Is Valid
*There Is Enough Credit Available
*The Credit Card Is Activated
*You Know Your Billing Address ( the Address Your Credit Card Is Registered To)
*All Credit Cards Are Checked Thoroughly to Verify Billing Address.  Make Sure You Know Your Billing Address

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is only charged when your order is ready to be shipped.

Address Corrections
Any address that is changed by the customer or shipper after the order is shipped will be charged an address correction fee ranging from $5.00-$10.00 depending on what service you choose.  Any address that is given incorrectly and has to be changed by either, the customer, Supplement Discount, or the shipping company will be charged an address correction fee imposed by the shipping company ranging from $5.00-$10.00.
examples: no apartment number given, wrong zip code, wrong street number, etc.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will e-mail you for substitution or if no reply to email we will take the out of stock item off the order.

Product Guarantees
Supplement Discount is not responsible for health or fitness claims, any or general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers of any product.

Back Order Policies
If an item on your order is not in stock, we will back order that item and ship it as soon as it becomes available. Your invoice will clearly show the back ordered quantities, and you may always contact us to cancel a back ordered item.
 

Price Changes, Product Specials, and Product Availability:
Prices listed on our website may change at any time, including sales and special promotions, without prior notice. Due to manufacturer discontinuations, some products may not be available even though they appear on our website. We try to keep our product lines as current as possible, but with so many different products and changes it is hard to keep up.
